PRICING POLICY
If you are booking online and unsure what infusion would be suitable for you, please ensure you contact our friendly team to avoid disappointment. Some of our nutrients are contraindicated with some medical conditions and medications.
Pricing of treatment may vary from person to person and will be based on your health and wellness goals. Quotes can be given during a Facetime consultation or over the phone with a Nurse.
Payment is required in full prior to the consultation with our Doctors. The appointment will be confirmed only once payment has been made. Treatments & credits are not transferable between individuals.
Prices are subject to change, please refer to the Treatment Menu for the latest prices. Please note any quotes given regarding prices of treatments are valid for 30 days and will be honoured should change in pricing occurs within this time frame.
SURCHARGES APPLY
Weekdays after hours $50 per person
Weekends $50 per person
Public Holidays $75 per person
COVID Surcharge $50 per person (covers PPE the Nurse will be wear during your treatment)
IM Booster Shots only - please note if you are only having an IM Booster Shot on it’s own you will still need a script. Cost: $60 on top of IM Booster Shot price.
*Please note if you are located in the city, or the only parking available is paid the parking fee will be added to your total cost of the treatment.
*Our Transcend infusion will have a higher call out due to the length of the infusion & medical monitoring.
*The typical duration for an infusion is set at one hour. If you request a slower infusion pace, there will be an additional charge based on the extended time needed and the scheduled day.
All clients will have pathology taken at their first appointment & this will be at a charge of $45 on top of the Infusion price.
TRAVEL FEES
A $50 travel fee will apply if Nurses are travelling more than 20km from their clinic base. Please refer to our Mobile Service & Locations page for more information.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our card machine - Square works with any Australian-issued and most international chip cards or magstripe cards with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB logo, as well as bank-issued eftpos chip cards.
Square also supports Afterpay (surcharges apply) and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. If you pay with Afterpay you pay off your treatment over 6 weeks interest free. Afterpay FAQs.
Cash & Bank Transfer are also acceptable methods of payment, please note our Nurses do not carry cash on them, so if you are paying cash we will not be able to supply you with change.
Payments made by credit card may incur a surcharge.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. Medicine is not an exact science and the goods that are used in the treatment cannot be returned and therefore a refund will not be offered.
If you have booked an infusion, paid in full and decide you would like a refund, please call us as soon as possible, it may not be possible to refund your infusion if we have already placed the order with the pharmacy.
Packages that are prepaid are non-refundable and we do not refund for change of mind. In rare circumstances (i.e. compassionate grounds), when partially refunding a discounted package, full price on the infusions administered will apply.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We currently do not have an online store, so if you would like to purchase a gift voucher please send us an enquiry / email or give us a call & we will post the voucher out to you. Drip Sistas gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, returned for refund, have the balance transferred to a new gift voucher or be replaced after expiry. Goods & services used with this gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
COMPLEX PATIENTS & CUSTOM VITAMINS
If you require a long consultation with our Doctor an additional $50 fee will be charged. Standard consultations are included within our Infusion prices. During the screening process your Nurse will decide if a more in-depth consultation is necessary, this may be due to complex medical past history and/or current medications that may be potentially contraindicated with our vitamins.
In cases where clients request custom nutrients and subsequently reschedule an appointment for a date more than 7 days in the future, a 100% fee will be applied to account for the expiration of the ordered nutrients.
BOOKING POLICY
Payment in full is required when booking a mobile appointment. The price may vary should you wish to add on services, in some cases your Nurse my need to order products in.
A confirmation text will be sent to you a few days prior to your appointment. Please confirm you will be attending the appointment by responding ‘YES’. Please follow the before care that will be sent in a text prior to your appointment.
By utilizing the Booking Services, you explicitly consent to Drip Sistas having the authority and permission to automatically bill your credit card (or other designated payment methods) for the relevant fees, charges, and any applicable taxes.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS
Due to our pharmacies complex compounding process and occasional need for pathology with certain products, same-day bookings are only available for basic compounding only and are subject to stock availability.

GROUP BOOKINGS
To confirm a booking, either full payment will be collected, or a deposit of $200 per person is necessary. If a member of the group fails to attend, the deposit will not be refunded. Please inform us beforehand if there are additional individuals joining the appointment so that we can allocate extra time for the booking.
NO SHOWS
In the event of a missed appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be incurred equivalent to the total price of the Infusion. Drip Sistas strives to deliver exceptional services & high-quality products.
In rare circumstances matters outside of our reasonable control may occur preventing our Nurse(s) from attending your appointment. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time. While we make every effort to maintain a seamless operation, we cannot guarantee the service will always be made available.
If our Nurse is unable to provide the scheduled services due to circumstances beyond the client's influence or unrelated to the client's health or medical condition, you are entitled to a complete refund or credit.
CLIENT MEDICAL HISTORY & FUTURE MEDICAL CHANGES
A medical history will be collected at the first consultation or appointment, this is confidential – please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical information.
Kindly inform the team in advance of your appointment about any medical conditions or allergies you may have, as this information is crucial for ensuring a safe and suitable session. Please also mention this in the screening process to your Nurse. If we arrive for your appointment and any relevant information has not been shared beforehand, a 100% cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to customize a new treatment for you.
If our Nurse(s) cannot proceed with the scheduled services due to:
A. Your existing or past medical history or condition
B. Unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Nurses control after the IV needle has been inserted, you will incur a 100% charge of the infusion cost.
Drip Sistas treats clients over the age of 18 only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy, please note if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your payment will be non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment prior to the 48-hour cancellation period, your payment will be credited to your account and can be used at your next appointment or treatment – as long as no custom vitamins or blood tests have been ordered – please refer to ‘Complex Patients & Custom Vitamins’.
If you have a package of treatments that you have prepaid and you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment this will count as a treatment & will be deducted from your package.
Our Nurses endeavour to arrive at your appointment on time, please be understanding if we are running a bit behind due to traffic.
Drip Sistas reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the appointment time if it is booked outside of our standard business hours, please see Contact Us for business hours.
Drip Sistas reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time, especially in cases where there has been inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards members of the team.
Your health & safety is of the utmost importance and Drip Sistas values the wellbeing of all clients.
INFUSION RISKS & SIDE EFFECTS
· Tenderness, redness, bruising and/or swelling at the injection site
· Minor risk of infection
· Inflammation of the vein - phlebitis
· Headaches, light-headedness or fainting
· Nausea
· Joint pain
· Blurred vision
· Fluid overload
· Cramping (GI and/or muscular)
· Mental confusion or disorientation
· Scarring of injection site
· Severe – wheezy breathing, anaphylaxis, rash, or bronchial constriction
Where possible our nurses will take your vital signs prior to your infusion & will stop the infusion immediately if you are having any adverse reactions.
Although very rare, complications can arise. For peace of mind, our nurses carry emergency equipment with them to all appointments including Defibrillators & emergency medications. All our nurses are equipped with the training to handle potential risks and side effects, and they adhere to strict guidelines in the event that such situations arise.
